Maintenance and Overhaul of Marine Generators

Marine generators are critical equipment that keep voyage and port operations running without interruption. A generator failure is not merely a loss of power; it directly affects navigational safety.

At Gürfa Denizcilik, we carry out periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, complete overhaul and spare parts supply for Mitsubishi generators. Component overhaul on the diesel engine side is completed in-house at our Tuzla facility, and after servicing we test the generator and put it back into service.

Periodic Maintenance

Periodic maintenance in line with the manufacturer's instructions, including filter and consumable replacement.

Fault Diagnosis

Diagnosis and rectification of starting failures, power loss, overheating and vibration problems.

Complete Overhaul

Overhaul of all components on the diesel engine side, including cylinder head, piston assembly, crankshaft and turbocharger.

Fuel System

Injector and fuel pump overhaul, injection setting on the test bench.

Cooling System

Circulation pump overhaul, chemical cleaning of heat exchangers and kit renewal.

Testing and Commissioning

Load testing after servicing, speed and vibration checks, commissioning.
